I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, fresh, and well-appointed with a refrigerator and microwave, along with a very comfortable king bed and sofa sleeper from the 'sister' hotel located nearby but the dining experience was a bit slow and could have been better. The service was outstanding, thanks to the very outgoing and friendly staff who efficiently assisted multiple guests at once. The location was ideal, with everything needed close by, and the nicest staff I have ever encountered. Overall, a great stay but with some room for improvement in the dining aspect.

The hotel was not what we originally booked, but it did have an adjoining room for our kids if they had honored our requests. The faulty AC had to be replaced, and it was located at a 'sister' hotel nearby.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were wonderful, but the noise from the patio behind the pool during a pool party was quite disturbing. The service was efficient, though a bit confusing about payment arrangements. The location was great, but could get a bit busy in the mornings. The dining was decent, but lacking some breakfast items. Overall, a good stay with a few drawbacks.
